摘  要：高等教育要促进学生的全面发展，为社会培养高素质的人才。信息时代的不断发展，促使着人们要不断地学习，提升自身能力，从而能够顺应时代的潮流。自主学习尤为关键，这是学生实现个人能力提升的重要途径。合作又是现代社会人才所具备的必要条件之一，只有合作才能实现个人及团队的提升，获得既定目标。本文对自主—合作教学模式在高校体育教学中的运用意义进行了研究分析，并在此基础上对自主—合作教学模式在高校体育教学中的运用途径进行了探讨。

Abstract： Higher education should promote the all-round development of students and train high-quality talents for the society. With the continuous development of the information age， people have to keep learning and improve their ability， so as to conform to the trend of the times. Autonomous learning is particularly important， which is an important way for students to improve their personal ability. Cooperation is also one of the necessary conditions for talents in modern society. Only cooperation can achieve the promotion of individuals and teams and achieve the set goals. This paper studies and analyzes the significance of the application of autonomous cooperative teaching mode in college physical education， and on this basis， probes into the application of autonomous cooperative teaching mode in college physical education.

新課程标准改革的不断深化和完善，对高校的教育有了更高的要求。要想顺应时代的发展，实现个人的价值，大学生就要综合全面发展，提升个人的素质能力。高校的体育教学也要紧跟新课程标准改革的步伐，不断地进行创新，旨在促进学生的全面发展。自主—合作是当前较为新颖的一种教学模式，它能够弥补传统体育教学模式的不足，对培养学生合作能力、学习能力、创造能力等都有着重要的作用。因此，在高校的体育教学中，教师要将自主—合作模式融合到教学中，提升教学质量水平，促进高校体育教学事业不断发展和改革。
