摘  要：本文运用文献资料研究、录像分析和RSR法等对首届女篮世界杯16支参赛球队40场比赛的进攻和防守能力数据指标统计、编秩并加以评价分析。结果显示，美国和澳大利亚进攻、防守综合能力RSR达到0.94及以上，A级;西班牙和比利时为三、四名;各国女篮实力呈逐渐接近格局，中国女篮攻防能力的RSR为0.5，C级水平。建议：中国女篮应优化“小快灵”打法，增多强对抗下个人技术和战术配合的训练。

Abstract： Based on literature research， video analysis and RSR method， the statistics， rank and evaluation of the offensive and defensive ability of the 16 teams in the first women's basketball World Cup were made. The results showed that the comprehensive offensive and defensive RSR of the United States and Australia reached 0.94 or above， grade A. Spain and Belgium ranked third; The strength of the national women's basketball team is gradually approaching the pattern. The RSR of China's women's basketball team is 0.5， a level of class C. Suggestion： the Chinese women's basketball team should optimize the "xiao kuaoling" playing method， and increase the training of individual technique and tactics.

2018年西班牙女篮世界杯即是女篮世锦赛改名后的第一届国际顶级女篮赛事，共16支参赛球队。女篮世界杯小组第一名直接晋级八强，每组第二、三名共8支球队交叉争夺剩余4个八强席位，再交叉作战，直至产生冠军。因此参赛球队比赛场数在3～7场。在最高水平女篮赛事中和强大对手交手，可检验女篮真正实力，为后期提供针对性训练计划。

1  RSR法简介

RSR法的计算公式为：RSR=ΣR/mn[1]。在本文中，n（评价对象）为16支参赛球队，m（评价指标）为进攻和防守指标[2]，再进行编秩R;ΣR为某支球队攻防指标的秩比和。高优指标从小到大编秩;低优指标从大到小编秩。

本文对首届女篮世界杯16支参赛球队攻防能力指标进行分析，采用E-A五级评价，量化分析球队攻防等级，见表1。

2  研究结果与分析

篮球运动中技术又分为进攻、防守技术2类[3]，故将16支参赛球队总得分、2分球%、3分球%、罚球、进攻篮板、助攻、失误等为进攻指标评价标准;防守篮板、犯规、抢断、盖帽、失分等为防守指标评价标准[4-6]。……
