摘  要：本文以中国劳动关系学院学生为研究对象展开实验性研究，采用文献调查法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、实验对比研究法、数理统计法等研究方法，通过对比在羽毛球选项课中应用影像反馈教学法与传统教学方法在调动学生积极性及各项技术动作等方面的实际差别，总结出影像反馈教学法在羽毛球选项课中的独特优势，同时归纳出高效、适合实际情况的影像反馈教学模式。

Abstract： This research takes the students of China Institute of labor relations as the research object to carry out the experimental research， using the methods of literature survey， expert interview， questionnaire survey， experimental comparative research， mathematical statistics and other research methods， through the comparison of the application of image feedback teaching method and traditional teaching methods in badminton optional courses， in order to mobilize the enthusiasm of students and various technical movements. This paper sums up the unique advantages of video feedback teaching method in badminton optional courses， and sums up the efficient and practical video feedback teaching mode.

随着羽毛球运动在世界的广泛推行，羽毛球课程也走进了大学校园，并以独特的魅力深受大学生的喜爱，但如何提高学生的羽毛球技术水平也成了教师思考的问题。由于受传统体育教学思想和方法的影响，课堂体育教学的方法仍没有走进创新的范畴，致使学生羽毛球技术难以达到大幅的提高 。

本校羽毛球选项课设定的目标是通过羽毛球课程的学习，要求学生掌握基本技术和相关的知识，且还要在羽毛球活动中提高身体素质，发展心理品质和社会适应能力。但目前的实际情况，仅仅依靠传统的教学方法很难实现上述的目标。

传统的教学模式是老师先讲解后示范，然后学生模仿练习，接着老师指点共同的技术错误，学生再继续练习。从认知的角度分析，这种方式形成的视觉体验和听觉体验认知连续性较低，不能完全调动学生的主动性，不利于学生理解和掌握羽毛球的技术动作要领。……
