摘  要：在科学技术时代，传统机械设计与制造难以满足现代发展需求，而实现自动化设计与制造发展，是推动现代制造业发展的有力支撑，也是科学技术与机械制造融合发展的重要体现。我国机械自动化设计与制造起步晚，但整体发展快速，取得了诸多成效，为社会经济发展提供了良好的条件基础。该文立足于对机械自动化设计与制造的理论研究，分析了机械自动化设计与制造中存在的问题，并在此基础之上，从强化技术创新、加快人才培养、提高操作水平等方面，具体阐述了新时期机械自动化设计与制造的发展措施。

Abstract： In the era of science and technology， traditional mechanical design and manufacturing can not meet the needs of modern development. To realize the development of automatic design and manufacturing is a strong support to promote the development of modern manufacturing industry， and also an important embodiment of the integration of science and technology and mechanical manufacturing. China's mechanical automation design and manufacturing started late， but the overall development is rapid， and achieved many results， providing a good foundation for social and economic development. Based on the theoretical research on the design and manufacturing of mechanical automation， this paper analyzes the problems existing in the design and manufacturing of mechanical automation， and on this basis， from the aspects of strengthening technological innovation， accelerating personnel training and improving operation level， it expounds the development measures of the design and manufacturing of mechanical automation in the new era.

我国是制造大国，机械设计与制造在自动化领域的发展，为现代制造产业经济发展提供了有力保障。当前，机械自动化设计与制造处于新的发展阶段，信息技术等的不断发展，提高了自动化程度，也为人工智能领域的发展提供有力条件。我国机械自动化设计与制造发展起步晚，但成效显著，为新时期社会经济发展提供了有力支撑。因此，该文从机械自动化设计与制造问题分析，剖析当前发展所面临的困境，并提出相应的措施，深化机械自动化设计与制造发展。
