[摘要] 目前，我国正处于脱贫攻坚的关键时期，民营医院作为我国医疗卫生体系的补充力量，在健康扶贫中发挥着重要作用，同时，它也面临着新的机遇和挑战。在此背景下，该文对我国民营医院在参与精准扶贫中的现状、面临的问题及其发展路径进行分析，并提出了一些了精准扶贫政策下关于民营医院发展战略具体的、实质性的建议。

[Abstract] At present， China is in a critical period of poverty alleviation. As a supplementary force of China's medical system， private hospitals play an important role in helping the poor. At the same time， it is also facing new opportunities and challenges. In this context， this article analyzes the current situation， problems and development path of private hospitals in participating in targeted poverty alleviation， and puts forward some concrete and substantive suggestions on private hospital development strategies under the targeted poverty alleviation policy.

《中華人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十三个五年规划纲要》提出：“要充分发挥政治优势和制度优势，贯彻精准扶贫、精准脱贫基本方略，创新扶贫工作机制和模式，才采取超常规措施，加大扶贫攻坚力度，稳定实现农村贫困人口，两不愁三保障，坚决打赢脱贫攻坚战。”目前，我国正处入脱贫攻坚的关键时期，民营医疗机构作为我国医疗卫生体系的重要组成部分，在扶贫过程中也发挥着重要的作用。随着我国医疗体制的不断完善，民营医院得到了较好的发展，我国政府也逐渐放低医疗卫生市场准入门槛并积极出台了相关的配套政策和制度，越来越多的民营医院不断参与到扶贫事业中来，但就目前来看，我国民营医院处于夹缝中求生存的局面。在新时期不断发展的背景下，民营医院需要进一步提升医疗质量，为实现中华民族的伟大复兴贡献自己的力量。
