摘 要：研究目的在于探索在泰留学生内外控人格特质对创业意向的影响，以及创业自我效能感在内外控人格与创业意向之间的中介作用。研究将采用心理控制源量表，创业意向量表以及创业自我效能感量表对泰国曼谷3所高校具有创业意向的346位中国留学生进行调查。结果发现，在泰留学生内外控人格特质与创业意向有显著负相关;在泰留学生内外控人格特质与创业自我效能有显著负相关;在泰留学生创业自我效能与创业意向有显著正相关;创业自我效能在在泰留学生内外控人格特质对创业意向的影响中存在部分中介作用。

Abstract：The purpose of research through entrepreneurial behaviors of students studying in Thai colleges，to deepen the understanding of entrepreneurship，and hope to support theoretically the entrepreneurial behaviors of college students.With handy sampling，this research was done by selecting three Chinese students from Bangkok，Thailand，or Chinese students from colleges and universities with Chinese colleges as survey subjects，and a total of 346 questionnaires were handed out for investigation.The results that：A.Internal and external personality control in Thai students can significantly affect entrepreneurial intentions;B.Internal and external personality control in Thai students can significantly affect entrepreneurial Self-efficacy;C.Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy in Thai students can significantly affect entrepreneurial intentions;D.Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy plays an intermediary role in controlling internal and external personality traits and entrepreneurial intentions of foreign students.

随着中国经济的飞速发展，目前正迎来出国人才归国发展的热潮。出国人才归国工作创业也成为了一个热点话题。而对于潜在创业者来说，创业意向作为一种态度，可以很好的预测潜在创业者创业行为的发生，并且在一定程度上描述和反映了潜在创业者是否拥有具备创业的特质和能力。创业意向概念最早是由Bird [1]提出的，他认为创业意向是指引导创业者进行创业活动实现创业目标是需投入大量的专注度、精力以及资源的一种心理状态。

以往研究表明内外控人格特质作为创业特质之一，与个体的行为息息相关，它影响着个体思维和行为的方式[2]。而内外控人格特质是一种概化的期望，是个体对其行为及行为所产生的后果强化后所得的信念，内控者将事件的发生或结果归因于自己行为所导致的個体，而反之将事件的发生或结果归因于因命运、运气，而不是自己所能控制的个体则为外控者[3]。……
