Discussion on the Influence of Accounting Informatization on Enterprise Financial Management and Its Countermeasures

【摘  要】伴随市场经济深化，以及国际经济贸易竞争的白热化发展，现代企业需要进一步提高自身的判断力、决策力。财务管理作为企业实现决策、管理、市场分析的主要工作，应该根据当下的实际情况，迎难而上，主动应用信息技术武装自己。为给广大企业管理信息化工作提供参考，论文首先分析了会计信息化对企业财务管理的影响，然后提出了相应的解决对策。

【Abstract】 With the deepening of the market economy and the white-hot development of the international economic and trade competition， the modern enterprise needs to further improve its own judgment， decision-making ability. Financial management， as the main work of the enterprise to realize the decision-making， management and market analysis， should go up to the challenge and take the initiative to arm itself with information technology according to the reality. In order to provide some reference for the enterprise management information work， the paper firstly analyzes the influence of the accounting information on enterprise financial management， and then puts forward some solutions.

1引言

进入21世纪以来，信息技术逐步成为促进社会经济发展的主要力量之一。与此同时，在经济不断发展的背景下，现代企业的管理理念也在不断深化，财务管理在现代企业管理中的重要性日益凸显，且正在逐步转变成为企业提高自身市场竞争能力的主要构成部分，对企业的经营管理、决策起着重要的支持作用。传统的财务管理模式，其深度、广度需要进一步拓展，且管理成效会受到人为因素所影响，在财务管理重要性日益凸显的背景下，财务管理亟需要进一步提高管理水准[1]。据计世资讯的调查结果显示，2001—2018年间，我国大型、中型、小型企业都在陆续提出财务管理信息化的需求，由此我们可以看到当下财务管理实现信息化的迫切性，但是就当前业界发展情况而言，企业实现会计信息化、财务信息化并没有一个完善的方法体系，不同企业因自身业务类型、经营模式的差异，其会计信息化也呈现出一定的差异。……
