Discussion on the In-Plant Transfer Mode of Dry Bulk Material of Fluoride Salt Industry

【摘  要】随着氟化盐工艺技术的进步，加之当前骤然提升的环保压力，对氟化盐生产过程中的污染物排放和安全生产等方面提出了更高的要求。近年来，国内氟化盐产能快速提升，人工成本也有逐年上升的趋势，在市场竞争日趋激烈环境下，如何保障安全环保和降低制造成本，已成为制约氟化盐工业企业发展的重要因素。论文就氟化盐生产企业干散物料转运系统的优化配置与选型，降低厂内干散物料转运成本等方面进行了详细的阐述。

【Abstract】 With the development of fluoride salt technology and the environmental pressure， higher requirements have been put forward for pollutant discharge and safe production in the process of fluoride salt production. In recent years， domestic fluoride salt production capacity has increased rapidly， labor costs are also increasing year by year. In the increasingly fierce market environment， how to ensure safety and environmental protection and reduce manufacturing costs， has become an important factor restricting the development of fluoride salt industry enterprises. In this paper， the optimal configuration and type selection of dry bulk material transfer system in fluoride salt producing enterprises are described in detail.

1 引言

目前氟化盐生产原料的转、运、存环节产生的费用使得氟化盐产品的制造成本提升，优化和缩短原料的转、运、存环节，改变物料的输送方式能够有效降低氟化盐产品的制造成本，本文基于各类物料输送方式进行了讨论。

2 氟化盐生产原料厂内转运面临的问题

氟化盐生产过程中所涉及的物料多为干散粉料，其中包括经烘干工艺处理的萤石矿粉、氢氧化铝粉料和氟化铝成品粉料。目前，氟化盐企业干散物料的厂内转具有转运量大、物料转运过程极易导致粉尘污染和原料浪费的特点;另外，吨袋干散物料堆码占用场地空间，折合吨产品占地面积大。

3 氟化盐生产原料存储面临的问题

吨袋包装的干态萤石矿粉和氢氧化铝粉料经由汽运或铁路专线进厂，吨袋粉料卸车至吨袋库堆码，为方便卸料吨袋库需配置起重天车，受吨袋包装材料局限，吨袋料准码层高受限，吨袋库占地面积较大[1]，如表1所示。……
