【摘  要】习近平总书记曾在“不忘初心、牢记使命”主题教育工作会议上强调，防范化解重大风险是党的十九大提出的三大攻坚战之一。目前一些工程企业片面追求利润最大化、盲目进行负债经营，造成企业应收账款及合同资产出现财务风险，对此，企业应建立完善的信息与沟通渠道，健全内部控制体系，加强财务管理工作，增强企业财务风险防范意识等。

【Abstract】 At the educational work conference with the theme of "remain true to our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind"， general secretary Xi Jinping once stressed that prevent and defuse major risks is one of the three major battles proposed by the 19th national congress of the party. At present， some engineering enterprises pursue profit maximization one-sidedly， carry on the debt management blindly， cause the enterprise accounts receivable and the contract assets financial risk，. In view of this， the enterprise should establish a perfect information and communication channel， perfect the internal control system， strengthen the financial management work， strengthen the enterprise financial risk prevention consciousness and so on.

1 引言

防范化解重大风险是习近平总书记在“不忘初心、牢记使命”主题教育工作会议上重点强调的三大攻坚战之一。各项工作重大风险的防范化解，忧患意识和务实行动不可或缺。既要有完善的风险研判机制，还要有有相应的风险应对策略;建立健全风险决策评估机制，使之成为必经程序;建立健全风险防控协同机制，强化各地区各部门风险大信息数据即时共享;建立健全风险防控考核机制，狠抓机制，层层抓落地。坚持不懈地推进风险防控工作的信息化、精益化，通过建模方式打造风险防控的千里眼和顺风耳，理性地认知和有效地管理风险，将“黑天鹅”和“灰犀牛”等风险因素厄杀于摇篮之中，最大限度降低企业风险成本。

随着经济高速运转，企业在创造价值的过程中，或多或少都要进行不同项目的投资，风险不同，回报不同，多数情况下，风险同回报成一定的正比例关系，因此，全面的风险管理在企业管理中有着举足轻重的作用。……
