The Problems and Solutions of Enterprise Assets Management

【摘  要】资产作为企业生存的关键资源，对于企业生存发展具有重要意义。而企业资产管理就是在把握企业规模和资产特点的基础上，对企业资产进行有效配置与管理，从而保持企业的正常运转。基于此，论文主要分析企业资产管理中存在的不良问题，并提出相关解决措施。

【Abstract】 As the key resource of enterprise survival， the assets is of great significance to the survival and development of enterprise.On the basis of grasping the scale and characteristics of the enterprise， the enterprise asset management is to allocate and manage the enterprise assets effectively， so as to maintain the normal operation of the enterprise. Based on this， this paper mainly analyzes the defects of enterprise assets management， and puts forward some relevant solutions.

1 引言

资产作为企业生存发展的重要基石，是企业所能运作，并且为企业创造良好经济效益的重要资源，是企业运营发展的关键和基础。随着我国企业的全面发展，企业在进行资产规模扩大时，出现资产应用效率不高、管理体系不健全等问题。这些问题的出现给企业资产管理带来严重影响，为此如何高效利用资产，提升资产利用率成为当前企业的研究重点问题。

2 企业资产管理过程中存在的问题

2.1 固定资产管理方面

固定资产作为企业资产的核心部分，具有单位价值高、使用周期长等特点，是确保企业正常运转的关键要素。在我国企业资产管理过程中，固定资产所占比例比较大，因此做好企业固定资产管理工作，有利于实现企业资产的最优化管理，为企业发展带来良好的经济利益。同时在实际运转过程中，企业固定资产中所出现的机器设备磨损、由于缺乏保养而导致机器设备寿命受损等问题，给企业固定资产的计算带来不容忽视的影响[1]。

2.2 存货管理方面

存货是指企业中的流动性资产，其对于企业的良好正常运转起到极为重要的作用。……
