Problems Existing in the Current Health Checkup Files Management in Primary Hospitals and the Countermeasures

【摘  要】健康体检档案是医院档案的重要组成部分，医院应当高度重视对健康体检档案的管理工作，并能科学运用现代化技术手段全面提升档案管理质量。但当前，基层医院的健康体检档案管理工作还普遍存在一些问题，论文将联系实际，就其中问题做具体探讨，并就如何做好健康体检档案管理提出几点针对性建议。

【Abstract】 The health check-up file is an important part of the hospital file. The hospital should attach great importance to the management of the health check-up file and improve the quality of the file management in an all-round way by using modern technology. However， at present， there are still some problems in the management of health check-up files in primary hospitals. This paper will discuss the problems in detail combined with the reality， and put forward some suggestions on how to do well the health check-up files management.

1 引言

近年来我国社会经济水平不断提高，居民的身体健康意识也在不断增强，越来越多的个人、群体选择通过定期体检来了解自身身体健康状况，并根据体检结果做出相应管理，以此提高风险因素干预程度，预防疾病的发生[1]。在个人或群体体检过程中，会产生健康体检档案，这些档案有着诊断病情、解决纠纷等重要作用，因而不能丢失，必须进行有效管理与保存。但当前基层医院的健康体检档案管理工作做的并不出色，普遍存在一些问题。

2 基层医院当前健康体检档案管理存在的问题

2.1 不重视档案管理工作

当前，基层医院相关工作人员、领导人员等并不十分重视健康体检档案管理工作，导致医院内部未形成利于健康体检档案管理的氛围、风气，一些基层工作人员也认为档案管理就是简单的收集、存放等，因此在工作时只是简单应付，不花费精力与心力。在此情况下，健康体检档案的利用率低，无法有效创造出经济效益。……
