摘 要：为了做好新时期教育对外开放工作，推进共建“一带一路”教育行动，实现高等教育高质量发展，课程国际化建设便是一个重要路径。本文基于高等教育国际化的理念，将国际化维度整合到教学过程与课程框架中，分析课程国际化建设的理念与思路，并以IT审计实验课程为例探索实验课程国际化建设中的软件引入、课程框架、课程实施等。

Abstract：In order to do better in the opening up of education in the new era，promote the action of co-building "One Belt And One Road" education，and realize the high-quality development of higher education，it is an important path to build golden class through the course internationalization construction. Basing on the concept of higher education internationalization，this paper integrates international dimension into the teaching process and curriculum framework and analyzes the concept and thinking of curriculum internationalization construction. Moreover，it takes an experimental course，IT auditing，as an example to explore the software introduction，curriculum framework and implementation in curriculum internationalization construction.

面对新的、更加复杂的国际国内形势，培养具有国际竞争力的高层次人才成为世界各国高等教育的重要战略，各国竞相把国际化人才培养作为高等教育的改革方向。同时，国际化也可以促进高等教育变革与提升。为了做好新时期教育对外开放工作，推进共建“一带一路”教育行动，实现高等教育高质量发展，需要思考如何落实在日常教学中、如何进行课程国际化建设。

与此同时，信息技术（Information Technology，简称IT）的飞速发展与国际趋同尤为突出。近年来，随着审计、会计、计算机等专业纷纷开设IT审计、计算机辅助审计技术等相关课程，审计软件逐渐走入审计实践教学中，国际知名审计软件成为一个自然的选择。然而，如何从国外众多审计软件中选择适当的审计软件，把现有课程进行国际化建设或升级，以适应国际化教育的需要，还值得研究和探索。

因此，本文基于新时期高等教育国际化发展要求，以IT审计实验课程为例，探索课程国际化建设的思路、行动与框架，以促进审计课程的国际化建设与发展。……
