摘  要：高职教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分，高职院校专注培养实用型人才，重视学生的实际运用能力，以及实际操作能力，满足社会对实用技能型人才的需求。随着教育体制的改革，传统体育教学中的问题不断凸显，很难培养学生的体育素养，也不利于提升学生的职业能力。高职院校在体育教学中，不仅要教授学生专业的体育知识，也要将学生的身体素质和职业技能作为重要的教学内容，针对学生的专业制定体育项目，促进学生体育能力的多方面發展，为未来的社会工作作铺垫。目前高职院校在体育教学中，忽视学生体育素养和职业能力的培养，需要及时改进，制定合理的措施，提升学生的体育素养和职业能力。

Abstract： Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education in China. Higher vocational colleges focus on cultivating practical talents， paying attention to students' practical ability and practical ability to meet the needs of society for practical skilled talents. With the reform of the education system， the problems in traditional physical education teaching have become increasingly prominent. It is difficult to cultivate students' sports literacy， and it is not conducive to improving students' professional ability. In the physical education teaching， higher vocational colleges should not only teach students professional sports knowledge， but also take students' physical quality and vocational skills as important teaching contents， formulate sports items for students' professional development， and promote the development of students' sports ability. To pave the way for future social work. At present， in vocational colleges， in ignoring the cultivation of students' sports literacy and professional ability， it is necessary to improve in time and formulate reasonable measures to improve students' sports literacy and professional ability.

在高职院校体育教学中，不仅要教授学生专业的体育知识，也需要重视培养学生的职业能力和体育素养，锻炼学生的身体素质。体育素养泛指体育品德、体育知识、体育技能。职业能力是学生需要具备的就业的基本职业技能。体育素养和职业能力的培养，并不是一朝一夕就可以完成的。目前，国家和社会更加需求综合型人才，不仅重视学生的专业技能，也重视学生的内在品质、专业素养。随着社会就业压力的增加，高职学生要具备一定的职业能力，提升社会就业竞争力。高职院校在培养学生职业能力时，要重视对学生体育素养和职业素养的培养，这样才能够更好地提升职业能力。……
