摘  要：目的：探讨微生物实验室质量控制影响因素与解决策略。方法：本研究选择2016年1月至2019年10月之间进行微生物实验室检验的1160例标本为观察对象，其中，2018年1月之前580例，未采取任何质量控制措施，2018年1月之后580例，采取影响因素质量控制措施，对比不同时点检验质量。结果：质控后微生物检验的菌落总数检验误差、总大肠菌群检验误差、霉菌检查误差和误差总发生率均明显低于质控前（P<0.05），且受到操作因素、样本因素、环境因素、仪器因素和人员因素等危险因素对于检验结果质量的影响明显低于质控前（P<0.05）。结论：针对微生物实验室检验中的影响因素采取质量控制措施，有助于提高微生物检验的准确性和可靠性，因而推广应用价值较高。

Abstract： Objective： To explore the influencing factors and solving strategies of quality control in microbiological laboratory. Methods： 1160 samples of microbiological laboratory examination from January 2016 to October 2019 were selected for observation， including 580 cases without any quality control measures before January 2018 and 580 cases after January 2018. The quality control measures of influencing factors were taken to compare the test quality at different time points. Results： The total colony test error， total coliform group test error， mold test error and the total incidence of errors in microbiological examination after quality control were significantly lower than those before quality control（P < 0.05）. The influence of risk factors such as operation factors， sample factors， environmental factors， instrument factors and personnel factors on the quality of test results was significantly lower than that before quality control （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： Taking quality control measures according to the influencing factors in microbiological laboratory examination is helpful to improve the accuracy and reliability of microbiological examination， so it has high value of popularization and application.

微生物實验室检验对于传染性疾病的预防、检查、诊断和治疗都能够起到至关重要的作用，这一检验过程涉及细胞学、微生物学、分子生物学等多学科知识，在重大传染性疾病的诊断和治疗中，准确、及时、可靠的微生物检验报告对于抑制疾病的进一步发展和挽救患者生命，都能够起到重要作用。

1 资料和方法

1.1 一般资料

本研究选择2016年1月至2019年10月之间进行微生物实验室检验的1160例标本为观察对象，其中，2018年1月之前580例，未采取任何质量控制措施，包括：饮用水标本124份，一次性消毒卫生用品标本158份，空气标本108份，公共卫生用品用具标本104份，消毒餐饮具标本86份;其中， 2018年1月之后580例，采取影响因素质量控制措施，包括：饮用水标本122份，一次性消毒卫生用品标本156份，空气标本110份，公共卫生用品用具标本102份，消毒餐饮具标本90份。不同时点观察对象其他资料比较无统计学差异（P>0.05）。
