摘  要：医疗设备是医院建设的物质基础，也是临床各项诊疗工作开展的重要保障。确保医疗设备质量及运行效率，直接关系着医疗活动的运行效果。针对医疗设备开展有效的维修、保养工作，方能使其随时处于较优良的状态中，为医疗工作提供更为优质的服务，这是医院设备管理科工作的重点。文章在阐述医疗设备维保、管理必要性的基础上，列举医疗设备常见故障类型，最后从多个方面探究措施策略。

Abstract： Medical equipment is not only the material basis of hospital construction， but also an important guarantee for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Ensuring the quality and operation efficiency of medical equipment is directly related to the operation effect of medical activities. Only by carrying out effective repair and maintenance of medical equipment can it be in a better state at any time and provide more high-quality services for medical work， which is the focus of the work of the hospital equipment management department. On the basis of expounding the necessity of maintenance and management of medical equipment， this paper enumerates the common fault types of medical equipment， and finally explores the measures and strategies from many aspects.

現如今，我国医疗技术持续创新发展，医疗器械在诊所疗活动中持有的地位不断提升，医疗设备的投入成本也有增加，成为医院运营发展中的重要资产类型。做好各类医疗设备的维修、保养及管理工作是各级医院关注的重点，也是设备管理科应积极落实的工作内容。笔者所在科室以提升医疗设备运行效率、安全性为目标，制定了一些较可行的维修、养护及管理措施，取得的成效较为显著。

1 医疗设备维修管理和保养的必要性

1.1 有益于减少医院的运营成本

医院作为特殊的行政事业单位，有社会、经济及技术三重效益。其中医疗设备是医院达成效益目标的重要物质基础之一，也是构成医院成本的主要部分。若医疗设备操作不规范、养护不及时、维修不到位等，将会增加设备运行期间各种故障发生的风险、减缩使用年限、增加耗品量、促进产品报废及淘汰进程，进而增加了医疗资源的浪费量。……
