摘  要：将ERP（企业资源计划）运用到合同信息化中，贯穿合同管理全生态链。文章通过信息系统管理的启动过程、规划过程、执行过程、监控过程、测试完善贯穿全文。从制定项目背景、目标、总体解决方案，到制定项目管理五个阶段计划，及项目风险识别与控制计划，最后到结束工作。运用ERP的思路进行论述合同信息化全过程，大胆设想淮北矿业公司合同信息化实施过程。

Abstract： The use of ERP enterprise resource planning uses contract informationization， which runs through the whole ecological chain of contract management. This paper deals with a series of procedures including start-up process， planning process， execution process， monitoring process and testing improvement of information system management. From the formulation of the project background， objectives， the overall solution， to the formulation of the project management five-stage plan， and the project risk identification and control plan， and finally to the end of the work， this paper adopts the idea of ERP to discuss the whole process of contract informatization， and boldly proposes the implementation process of contract informatization in Huaibei Mining Company.

前言

把“信息化+管理”模式的合同管理中运用新时代创新理念，依据信息化平台，提高合同管理的规范性和有效性;给传统企业带来新活力，也是现代化企业实现高端产业链创新、飞跃发展的必然趋势。将ERP（企业资源计划）运用到合同信息化中，贯穿合同管理全生态链。淮北矿业集团与某软件公司进行合作，合同管理项目结合公司的各项管理制度，配以信息化系统呈现，并经过软件系统进行规范化、标准化以及流程化，在系统正确的实施策略基础上，充分结合集团公司现有合同管理和对接已有的系统实施内容以及实施范围，在不影响集团公司业务管理的大流程的前提下，坚持以下科学实施路线。

1.1 项目背景

淮北矿业始建于1958年，前身为淮北矿务局，1998年改制为淮北矿业（集团）有限责任公司，同年由原直属煤炭部转为安徽省直属企业，现已发展成为以煤电、化工、现代服务为主的国有大型企业。……
