摘  要：大型商业综合体人员密集、人口流动量大，这也就给消防监督管理工作带来了一定的难度。随着人们消防意识的提升，人们更加关注大型商业场所的安全。从实际情况看，大型商业综合体消防监督管理还存在一些消防隐患，消防工作很难形成系统的监管，如果管理不到位，则会引起火灾事故，造成人们生命财产损失。所以说，大型商业综合体消防监督管理过程中，一定要严格制度方案、編制规划，用科学严谨的工作，全面做好防范，提升大型商业综合体消防能力，避免出现火灾事故。

Abstract： Large-scale commercial complex is densely staffed and has a large population flow， which brings some difficulties to the fire supervision and management. With the improvement of people's awareness of fire control， people pay more attention to the safety of large-scale commercial places. From the actual situation， there are still some hidden dangers in the fire supervision and management of large-scale commercial complex， and it is difficult to form systematic supervision in the fire control work. If the management is not in place， it will cause fire accidents and cause the loss of people's lives and property. Therefore， in the process of fire supervision and management of large-scale commercial complex， we must be strict with the systems and plans， use scientific and rigorous work to do a good job of prevention in an all-round way， so as to improve the fire fighting capacity of large-scale commercial complex and avoid fire accidents.

经济的快速发展，推动了城市的进步，城市中的大型商业综合体越来越多，为人们提供工作生活便利的同时，也埋下了许多安全隐患。全面提高大型商业综合体的消防监督管理能力，保证人们安全，是当前最为主要的课题。要充分发挥好消防监督管理作用，及时发现安全问题，消除安全隐患，为经济建设保驾护航。

1 大型商业综合体消防监督管理原则

1.1 可燃物的控制原则

大型场所的安全问题非常重要，通过区域的划分，划出重点区域，做好全面的防范。可燃物是区域防范的重点，一定要有效做好管控，确保安全。“亚安全区”火灾控制是全面提高防范的手段，能够有助于合理进行火灾的预防，通过对可燃物的管理，避免出现火灾事故，有效防治其中出现的内部起火问题，通过有效科学的可燃物管控，全面保证“亚安全区”安全。……
