【摘   要】 在经济社会迅猛发展的今天，林业工程建设作为可持续发展理念的重要体现，它的重要性日益凸显，对此，林业工程建设水平的高低已经成为社会各界普遍关注的重点话题之一。而在林业工程建设与管理过程中，树木的养护与管理工作是重中之重，通过高水平的树木养护与管理技术，可以有效的提升栽植树木的成活率，同时也可以保证树木的健康成长。因此，在新时代可持续发展的背景下，不断深化研究树木养护管理技术，提升管理和技术水平，对于林业工程的可持续发展意义重大。

[Abstract] In the rapid development of the economy and society today， forestry engineering construction as an important embodiment of the concept of sustainable development， its importance is increasingly prominent， to this， the level of forestry engineering construction has become one of the key topics of general concern from all walks of life. In the process of construction and management of forestry engineering， the maintenance and management of trees is the top priority. The survival rate of planted trees can be effectively improved through high-level tree maintenance and management technology， and the healthy growth of trees can also be guaranteed. Therefore， under the background of sustainable development in the new era， it is of great significance for the sustainable development of forestry engineering to continuously deepen the research on tree conservation management technology and improve the management and technical level.

林木的养护与管理技术水平的高低直接关系到林木栽植后能否健康生长，随着我国经济社会发展水平的逐步提高，可持续发展理念的深化践行，在林业工程建设领域取得了世界瞩目的成就，据了解，近几年来我国林业工程项目量逐年增长，树木养护与管理技术水平不断提高，森林覆盖率也在持续增加，但是在具体的工作细节中还存在一定的问题，如果这些问题得不到科学、有效的解决，势必会影响我国林业产业的又好又快发展。众所周知，林业工作包含多方面的领域，主要有培育树种，栽植树木，樹木养护管理，采伐树木、木材合理应用等，其中树木养护与管理工作使整个工程中的关键所在，只有不断提高树木养护与管理工作水平，才能推动林业工程的可持续发展。……
