供应链视角下基于物联网的棚室采摘园可追溯模式的设计

摘要 从棚室经营特殊性为出发点,以果蔬质量可追溯模式为研究对象,针对已有可追溯模式单向信息流存在的不足,且不能适用于棚室经营的特殊性,以供应链理论为基础,应用物联网技术理论,设计适用于棚室作业环境,面向不同供应链结构,通过消费者参形成体验信息的双向信息流可追溯模式,以提高消费者对可追溯信息可信度,改善可追溯系统的使用效应,为棚室经营主体的“互联网+”转型升级提供理论依据。

Abstract Starting from the particularity of the greenhouse business, we took the traceability model of fruit and vegetable as the research object, and pointed out the shortcomings of the existing oneway information flow in the traceable mode, which can not be applied to the particularity of the greenhouse operation. Based on the supply chain theory and the Internet of Things technology theory, according to the working environment of the shed and facing the different supply chain structure, we designed a twoway information flow traceability model with consumers participating in order to improve the credibility of traceability information and the use effect of the traceability system, aiming at providing a theoretical basis for the transformation and upgrading of the "Internet +" of the greenhouse business.

棚室高端果蔬产品质量不易甄别,因此顾客认同不一,阻碍了市场的有效开发,而质量不易甄别也造成同类型企业间的恶意竞争,导致利润下滑。消费者在棚室现场采摘,也因产品成熟度、口感等不易直观甄别造成盲目采摘,而经营业主无法实时获取消费者的反馈,也影响棚室的经营。企业应用追溯系统的目的是为了消除消费者对农产品质量的疑虑,做到产品从生产到销售的全过程都是透明化的可查询信息,让消费者认可所生产农产品的品质[1]。
目前,我国农产品追溯主要是以农产品种植过程的质量追溯为关键节点。但国内相关研究主要以农田和农场为研究对象,针对棚室采摘园的生产作业与经营环境不同于农田和农场作业,而针对棚室采摘园的相关研究相对缺乏。与农场生产经营环境相比,棚室采摘园有其特殊性,主要表现在棚室生产运用塑料薄膜进行保温设置保证棚室果蔬可以实现全年种植,同时棚室果蔬销售渠道主要包括现场休闲采摘和线上销售2种。……
