摘  要：在药理学教学中尝试基于网络平台的翻转课堂教学，并分析实施效果。以我校医学检验技术专业学生为研究对象，2016级学生为对照组，采用传统教学模式授课;2017级学生为实验组，采用基于网络平台的翻转课堂教学。通过网络平台监测学生学习状态，线上测试和问卷调查评价教学效果。线上测试结果显示实验组学生平均成绩高于对照组（P <0.05）。问卷调查发现基于网络平台的翻转课堂教学可调动学生学习兴趣，培养自主学习、团队协作、创新思维和执业能力，以满足职业岗位对人才的需求，也为药理学教育改革的创新发展提供参考。

Abstract： In pharmacology teaching， the flipped classroom teaching based on network platform was tried， and the implementation effect was analyzed. Taking students majoring in medical laboratory technology in our university as the research object， students of grade 2016 as the control group and students of grade 2017 as the experimental group， using flipped classroom teaching based on network platform. Through the network platform to monitor the learning status of students， online testing and questionnaire survey to evaluate the teaching effect. The results of online test showed that the average score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group （P < 0.05）. The questionnaire survey found that flipped classroom teaching based on network platform can mobilize students' interest in learning， cultivate autonomous learning， teamwork， innovative thinking and practice ability， so as to meet the demand for talents in professional posts， and provide reference for the innovation and development of pharmacology education reform.

藥理学作为医药类高等院校一门重要的主干课程，是基础医学和临床医学的桥梁学科[1]，可为新药开发和临床合理用药提供支持与指导[2]，具有重要的学科地位。但药理学涉及学科较多，内容庞杂繁多，枯燥抽象[3]，传统的灌输式教学，以教师为中心，往往课堂气氛沉闷，学生学习积极性不高，尤其在某些考查课的专业，往往得不到好的教学效果。如何改变传统的教学模式，以学生为中心，提高学习兴趣、自主学习、创新思维及执业能力，反映职业岗位对人才的要求，是我们在教学中亟待解决的问题。

随着互联网技术的发展，现代教育逐渐信息化[4]，网络平台已成为现代教学方法的重要辅助手段。以此为基础，学生学习可不受时间和空间的限制，又可增加课上教学互动环节，极大地提高了学生的学习兴趣。在药理学教学中应用网络教学平台和资源也可明显提升教学质量[5]。翻转课堂是一种学生在课下自主学习新知识，课上主要进行汇报讨论、师生互动、答疑等活动的教学模式，这种教学使课堂学习从传统的教师讲授转向学生主动思考、参与讨论与互动，有效改善学生被动的学习状态[6]。……
