【摘要】伴随着新课程改革的发展，立德树人教育理念被提出，小学阶段的人才培养目标开始从单一的知识传递向素质教育方向转变。数学在小学教育工作中占据核心位置，计算能力的培养是其主要教学方向。这也就意味着，教师必须在讲授计算知识的同时渗透德育意识，使学生形成正确的道德观念，促进他们全面发展。对此，本文展开了进一步研究。

Research on Teaching Strategy of Mathematical Calculation in Primary School under the Background of Lide Shuren

【Abstract】With the development of the new curriculum reform， the concept of Lide Shuren education was put forward， and the goal of talent training at the elementary level began to change from a single knowledge transfer to a quality education. Mathematics occupies a core position in elementary education， and the cultivation of computational ability is its main teaching direction. This means that teachers must infiltrate moral education awareness while teaching computational knowledge， so that students can form correct moral concepts and promote their all-round development. In this regard， this article carried out fur‐ther research.

自素质教育理念被提出以来，基础教育结构发生了翻天覆地的变化，立德树人成为小学教育阶段的根本教学目标。数学作为最关键的学科，是学生学习其他科目知识的基础，教师必须在讲授该部分知识的过程中积极践行新课改要求，将提高他们的思维品质、道德素养与计算能力的培养同等对待，以此实现协同发展、立德树人的任务目标。也就是说，在向小学生传递科学的计算方法时，数学教师必须注意道德品质思维的渗透，通过思想与学习能力的同步培养提高整体教学质量。

一、尊重学生主体地位，倡导自主性学习

首先，教师应形成一个正确的认识，即无论是立德树人还是素质教育，都应立足学生的素质提高，以学生为中心。也就是说，在教学过程中，必须时刻坚持这一认识，将学生放在学习活动的中心位置对待，简言之，在讲解计算方法时，教师应尊重小学生在学习活动中的主体地位，培养他们的主人翁意识，让他们形成“学习是自己的事情，计算需要自己去思考”的认识。……
