摘  要：思想品德老师要贯彻好在学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会的精神必须提升自身素养，做“六位一体”的思品老师。具体做到：上下求索，努力提高专业素养;无私奉献，致力提振道德素养;推陈出新，竭力提起技能素养;知行合一，悉力提顿能力素养;激发潜能，奋力提升文化素养;开发潜力，合力培养创新素质。

【Abstract】In order to carry out the spirit of the forum for teachers of Ideological and political theory course，ideological and moral teachers must improve their own quality and be a "six in one" Ideological and moral teacher. The specific measures are as follows： seeking from top to bottom，striving to improve professional quality;selfless dedication，striving to improve moral quality;bringing forth the old and bringing forth the new，striving to raise the skill quality;combining knowledge with practice，striving to improve the ability and quality;stimulating potential and striving to improve cultural quality;developing potential and jointly cultivating innovation quality.

改革開放的新形势对新时代广大初中道德与法治教师提出了新的要求。如何帮助青少年度过人生的“拔节孕穗期”，健康快乐地成长。笔者认为，我们道德与法治老师首先必须提升自身素养，做“六位一体”的思品老师。

1.上下求索，努力提高专业素养

随着社会的发展，对教师的学历要求和专业素质越来越高。现如今幼儿园、小学要全部达到专科水平，初中、高中全部要达到本科水平。此外，教育部还要求普通高中要有一定比例的研究生。常言道，要给学生一杯水，教师首先要有一桶水。而我国目前教师的学历层次远远落后于世界水平，这显然与全面建成小康社会和最终实现现代化建设不相适应的。要教育好学生，自己必须有深厚的知识功底，同时需要与时俱进，学习日新月异的知识，才能跟得上时代的步伐，算是对自己负责也是对学生负责。因此不管个人实际情况如何，不断提高教师任教门槛，壮大教师高学历比例，已经成为了一大趋势，也是对未来教师的最重要的要求之一。……
