摘  要：现代信息技术以及移动传媒的迅速发展与应用普及使得各种线上金融产品不断涌现，在各大高等院校广泛流行的“校园贷”系列产品就是其中之一，大学生喜欢尝试新鲜事物，而网上金融又可以在一定程度上满足他们的资金使用需求。所以近年来校园贷在大学生群体当中具有很大的市场，但引起人们关注的是一些不规范的贷款形式比如“裸贷”等，一些不法分子利用大学生缺乏社会经验、没有防范意识这一现实情况，通过环环设计谋取自身不当利益，严重扰乱了正常金融秩序，甚至导致很多犯罪行为。所以，高等院校以及社会其他机构要对大学生进行正确的引导，帮助他们理想消费，提升他们关于金融方面的认知，进而能够应对各种金融风险。

Abstract： With the rapid development and popularization of modern information technology and mobile media， a variety of online financial products are constantly emerging. The "campus loan" series products， which are widely popular in colleges and universities， are one of them. College students like to try new things， and online finance can meet their capital needs to a certain extent. Therefore， in recent years， campus loan has a large market among college students， but what attracts people's attention is some non-standard loan forms， such as "naked loan". Some lawbreakers take advantage of the fact that college students lack social experience and have no awareness of prevention to seek their own improper interests through environmental design， which seriously disrupts the normal financial order and even leads to many crimes Criminal act. Therefore， colleges and universities and other social institutions should give correct guidance to college students， help them to ideal consumption， improve their financial awareness， and then be able to deal with various financial risks.
