【摘 要】目的：对于肛裂病人采取改良纵切横缝术以及传统肛裂切除术进行治疗的具体方法以及治疗效果施行分析与总结。方法：将我们医院在过去一年之内所接诊的肛裂病人100例施行分析，所选100例病人采取数字法加以分组，给予对照组肛裂病人传统肛裂切除术进行治疗，给予研究组肛裂病人改良纵切横缝术进行治疗，对比两组肛裂病人通过不同治疗措施之后的临床效果。结果：两组肛裂病人接受不同治疗措施之后的临床有效率对比差异不明显；两组肛裂病人接受不同治疗措施之后的手术时间、出血量、疼痛评分以及并发症出现几率对比差异明显。结论：临床中针对肛裂病人，需要根据病人的具体表现症状以及临床体征为其选取最理想的手术治疗措施，从而确保肛裂病人的治疗效果。

【Abstract】Objective：to analyze and summarize the specific methods and therapeutic effects of modified longitudinal incision and transverse suture and traditional anal fissure resection for patients with anal fissure. Method：will be our hospital within the past year alone anal fissure enforcement analysis of 100 patients with the selected 100 patients take digital method to group， giving the control group patients with anal fissure traditional anal fissure resection treatment， give group anal fissure patients improved longitudinal cutting transverse suture treatment， compared two groups of patients with anal fissure through different clinical effect after treatment. Results：the clinical effective rate of anal fissure patients in the two groups was significantly different after receiving different treatment measures. There were significant differences between the two groups in operation time， blood loss， pain score and incidence of complications after receiving different treatment measures. Conclusion：it is necessary to select the most ideal surgical treatment for patients with anal fissure according to their specific symptoms and clinical signs， so as to ensure the therapeutic effect of patients with anal fissure.

大量統计资料表明，肛裂的出现几率在肛肠疾病中占据20%左右，主要出现在青壮年人群中，女性病人通常大于男性病人，肛裂疾病中肛门前后正中十分多见，病程时间比较长，反复不容易愈合，严重影响到肛裂病人的生活质量[1]。现在临床中治疗肛裂一般施行手术措施，但是一些研究认为，传统肛裂切除术可以解除病人肛门括约肌痉挛表现，提高肛裂愈合速度，但是对于组织造成的损伤非常大，疼痛感显著，对于手术之后的恢复效果非常不利。……
