摘  要：如今，随着社会的快速发展，新媒体技术也在不断发展，其应用的范围也愈来愈广，逐步成为社会中不可缺少的内容。同时，一个国家的文明程度与其图书馆的数量和质量息息相关，公共图书馆为社会进步创造了很多价值，而图书馆的相关工作内容需要新媒体作为支撑，其中，新媒体对咨询服务工作发挥了重要作用。为此，本文首先分析了新媒体技术的应用对于公共图书馆咨询服务产生的影响。其次，分析了目前公共图书馆咨询服务工作中存在的问题，以及出现这些问题的原因。最后，在新媒体时代下，提出了公共图书馆咨询服务运用新媒体技术的相关发展举措。

Abstract：Nowadays，with the rapid development of society，new media technology is also developing continuously，and the scope of application is becoming more and more extensive，gradually becoming an indispensable part of society. At the same time，the degree of civilization of a country is closely related to the quantity and quality of its libraries. Public libraries have created a lot of value for social progress，and the related work of libraries needs the support of new media，among which，they play an important role in the work of consulting services. Therefore，this paper first analyses the impact of the application of new media technology on public library consulting services. Secondly，it analyses the problems existing in the consultation service of public libraries and the reasons for these problems. Finally，in the era of new media，this paper puts forward relevant development measures of using new media technology in Public Library Consulting services.

公共图书馆作为公共文化事业单位，是公共文化服务体系建设的中坚力量，是我国文化事业发展中不可或缺的一部分。其本身具有的社会服务属性，决定了它主要是为社会大众服务的机构。而作为其重要功能和业务的参考咨询服务，是公共图书馆的核心业务之一。随着全社会信息环境的转变，新媒体技术开始逐渐发展起来，成为社会生活的重要组成部分。在公共图书馆资讯服务中新媒体也起到十分重要的作用，给公共图书馆参考咨询服务的对象、内容、方式都带来很大的变化和发展契机，值得深入研究。
