摘  要：2014年李克强总理提出“大众创业、万众创新”，国内掀起一股创新热潮，创新也成为过去几年各地区政府报告中频繁出现的词汇。教育部在2016年工作要点中强调要“深入推进高校创新创业教育改革”，加强推进“建立精准推送就业服务机制”，“促进高校毕业生就业创业”。基于校企合作方式，一方面提升高等院校人才培养能力、科学研究能力和社会服务能力;另一方面也能提升大学生的学习能力、创新能力、實践能力、交流能力和社会适应能力，适应当下高等教育大众化阶段对人才的需求。本文基于武昌工学院“基于校企合作的计算机专业大学生创新创业教育研究与实践”这一课题项目，就校企合作下的高校计算机专业创新出行业人才培养进行分析和讨论。

Abstract：Premier Li Keqiang put forward “mass entrepreneurship” and “mass innovation” in 2014，which set off an upsurge of innovation in China. Innovation has also become a frequent vocabulary in the reports of regional governments in the past few years. In the key points of the work of the Ministry of Education in 2016，it emphasized the need to “deepen the innovation and entrepreneurship education reform”，strengthen the promotion of “the establishment of a precise employment promotion service mechanism”，and “promote graduatesemployment and entrepreneurship”. Based on the mode of school-enterprise cooperation，on the one hand，it can improve the ability of talent cultivation，scientific research and social service in colleges and universities，on the other hand，it can also improve the ability of students to learn，innovate，practice，communicate and adapt to the needs of talents in the current stage of popularization of higher education. Based on the project “Research and Practice of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education for Computer Major Students Based on School-Enterprise Cooperation” of Wuchang Institute of Technology，this paper analyses and discusses the cultivation of innovative professionals in computer majors in universities under the cooperation of school and enterprise.

0  引  言

创新创业教育不仅是国家实施创新驱动发展的战略，也是教育部推进高校改革的重要出发点和突破口。党中央、国务院为深化高校创新创业教育改革作出了重要安排，教育部采取了一系列措施来推动大学生创新创业工作。其中，校企合作经过多年的检验，具备一定的适用性。校企协同培养人才是世界各国，尤其是经济发达国家的教育改革与发展的一个主要趋势，已经形成多种平台、多种模式共同发展的态势。也只有企业与高校共同参与到人才培养中，才能改善当前高校毕业生在校学习的理论与工作实践脱节的教育现状。……
