摘  要：科技企业加速器是推动科技型企业快速成长的新型服务载体。本文分析了国内科技企业加速器建设的现状，选取典型、具有借鉴意义的国家级、区级企业加速器进行运营机制方面的对比分析，并针对广西科技企业孵化培育实际提出了加快科技企业加速器建设与发展的若干建议。

Abstract：Accelerators for technology enterprises are new service carriers that promote the rapid growth of technology-based enterprises. This paper analyzes the current situation of accelerator construction in domestic science and technology enterprises，selects typical and referenced national-level and district-level enterprise accelerators for comparative analysis of operational mechanisms，and proposes several suggestions to accelerate the construction and development of accelerators for science and technology enterprises in view of the incubation of Guangxi science and technology enterprises.

近年来，伴随“大众创业、万众创新”政策的实施与企业技术创新主体地位的确立，广西壮族自治区科技创新创业活动活力蓬勃，不同领域、不同业态、不同规模、不同发展阶段的企业大量涌现，以技术创新为引领，以创新创业孵化服务需求差异化为核心，以服务空间集聚需求为主要特征的“苗圃-孵化器-加速器-产业园区”科技企业孵化链条正在形成。新时代、新特征、新趋势下，明确广西高成长性企业孵化服务需求，有的放矢加快科技企业加速器建设，对于真正实现广西地区全链条孵化服务意义重大。

1  国内科技企业加速器建设的现状

加速器作为科技创新型企业的重要载体、聚集高端技术人才的人才高地和科技自主创新的发源地，自2007年中国第一家科技企业加速器——中关村科技园区永丰产业基地试点以来，伴随着中国创新服务体系的不断完善，加速器数量与规模仍以较快速度增加和扩大。据不完全统计，截至2018年9月，我国17个省市自治区提出了加速器概念、认定标准以及建设方案（未包含广西）。……
