摘  要：高校图书馆实行嵌入式服务是适应新的信息环境的必要举措。文章从嵌入式服务的内涵和特点出发，分析了目前高校图书馆嵌入式服务的主要方式有馆员嵌入、服务嵌入和技术嵌入三个方面，并指出了嵌入式服务存在的嵌入全面性不足、融入度不够等问题，最后从转变观念、选拔和培养嵌入式协助馆员团队、提供嵌入式技术保障以及深度融合人才培养四个方面给出了高校图书馆实施嵌入式服务的具体对策和建议。

Abstract：The implementation of embedded services in university libraries is a necessary measure to adapt to the new information environment. Starting from the connotation and characteristics of embedded services，this paper analyses the main ways of embedded services in university libraries at present，including librarian embedding，service embedding and technology embedding. It also points out the problems such as insufficient embedding comprehensiveness and integration of embedded services. At last，it gives the concrete countermeasures and suggestions for university libraries to implement embedded services from four aspects：changing concepts，selecting and training embedded assistant librarians team，providing embedded technology support and training deeply integrated talents.

0  引  言

随着网络技术、智能化技术的快速发展，用户的需求和信息行为也发生着巨大变化，图书馆也正逐步走向移动化、智能化和智慧化。为了适应新的信息环境，图书馆也在积极地寻求自身的改革和创新，转变服务理念，创新服务模式，图书馆嵌入式服务在这样的环境下产生、发展起来，成为图书馆全新的服务模式。

1  嵌入式服务的内涵及特点

1.1  嵌入式服务的内涵

根据国内外的文献调研可知，目前学术界对嵌入式服务还没有一个非常统一的定义，较为公认的就是多数学者认为嵌入式服务源自嵌入式馆员，指的就是嵌入式馆员提供的学科等服务。伴随着图书馆服务内容的拓展，嵌入式服务的外延也不断发展，广义来讲，嵌入式服务包括图书馆的环境、服务、各项技术的嵌入式应用，以实现用户不受时间、空间甚至语言的障碍，随时随地获得图书馆的各项服务，最大化地发挥图书馆功能。……
