摘要：文章以采用“全谱分析+主观评价+GCO（Gas Chromatography Odor）”工作思路，发明了一种整车气味性溯源的分析方法。运用该方法我们可以锁定整车主要散发恶臭物质，通过零部件散发物质与整车散发恶臭物质匹配，确认重点部件并进行整改提升，完成整车气味整改达标。关键词：整车;气味性;溯源中图分类号：U465 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1671-7988（2019）01-168-02

An Analytical method for traceability of vehicle odour

Abstract： In this paper， by adopting the idea of "full spectrum analysis subjective evaluation of GCO"， an analytical method for the traceability of the odour of the whole vehicle is developed. Using this method， we can lock the whole vehicle to mainly emit odorous substances， match the smelly substances from the parts and the whole vehicle， confirm the key parts and carry out the rectification and upgrading， and complete the whole vehicle odour rectification up to the standard.Keywords： The vehicle; the odor; traceabilityCLC NO.： U465 Document Code： A Article ID： 1671-7988（2019）01-168-02

1 背景

自GB/T 27630发布以来，车内空气质量已成为衡量汽车品质的重要指标，VOC、气味性成为消费者选择购车的出发点之一;2016年1月22日环保部发布GB 27630意见稿，VOC有害物质进一步加严;2016年12月23日，环保部发布GB 18352.6《轻型汽车污染物排放限值及测量方法（中国第六阶段）》标准（如图1所示），正式将M1类车辆车内空气质量纳入国六管控^[1-4]。目前，北汽、吉利、广本、东风日产等主机厂已对整车气味性进行了整改提升研究，我司也已经积极地开展整车及零部件气味性工作。

2 气味性溯源工作思路

通过对前期气味溯源工作中出现的不足进行分析，结合行业工作思路调研，最终确认采用“全谱分析+主观评价+GCO（Gas Chromatography Odor）”工作思路，明确整车散发恶臭物质及重点整改部件，并进行部件及整车气味性提升。

3 气味性溯源分析方法

气味性溯源分析方法主要分为以下5个步骤：整车主要散发恶臭物质识别、重点整改部件识别、重点整改部件整改、重点整改部件散发分析及装车、整改车辆散发分析。
