摘 要：洒水车又称为喷洒车、多功能洒水车、园林绿化洒水车、水罐车、运水车。洒水车适合于各种路面冲洗，树木、绿化带、草坪绿化，道路、厂矿企业施工建设，高空建筑冲洗等。其具有洒水、压尘、高、低位喷洒，农药喷洒、护栏冲洗等功能。可以说，洒水车在我们的生活中扮演着越来越重要的角色。通过理论分析，选用某商用车底盘用作洒水车，根据所选择的二类底盘，设计罐体尺寸，水路系统的布局等。并进行罐体尺寸的计算等。关键词：洒水车;罐体;水路系统中图分类号：U418.3+24  文献标识码：B  文章编号：1671-7988（2019）01-97-03

前言

随着经济的高速发展，城市建设的增长，人们对环境的要求越来越高，洒水车的需求也逐年增加。在城中村及老舊小区大型车无法驶入必须由小型洒水车来完成作业。相比而言小型洒水车更方便、灵活，所以3吨洒水车是我设计的选择。

1 洒水车的简介

1.1 洒水车的分类

洒水车的标配一般有前冲、后洒、侧喷、洒水平台及洒水高炮，按底盘可分为：汽车式、半挂式和拖挂式洒水车。按出水方式可分为：普通喷洒、高压冲洗、喷洒-冲洗一体洒水车。按外型：平头洒水车、长头洒水车。

1.2 原理

洒水车的基本原理是使用发动机动力通过连接在变速箱上的动力输出装置驱动车载喷水泵。喷头主要由汽车底盘，动力输出，离心水泵，水管系统，罐体，阀门和控制系统组成。

1.3 结构组成

在不影响整车性能的基础上进行改装，改装后其整车性能与原车相同，必须严格按底盘改装手册进行操作。……
