摘要：现有的电动消防巡逻车产品大多是由低速车平台加装消防装置改装的，这类产品存在整车平台基础差、驱动系统效率不高、作业机构难以满足灭火功能等不足之处。针对现状，产品采用双动力模式，底盘选用成熟的轿车底盘通用部件，车身为专用封闭循环全承载车身，其他系统部件均为优化匹配的稳定系统，整车性能指标具有很大竞争优势。通过建立一个通用的整车平台，形成一套先进的中低速准高压新能源驱动方案，包括纯电动方案和双动力方案，并提高可靠性、降低成本，从而形成规模效应。关键词：新能源;双动力;消防巡逻车中图分类号：U462.2 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1671-7988（2019）01-06-02

Development of New Energy Dual Power Community Volunteer Fire Patrol Vehicle

Abstract： Most of the existing electric Fire-fighting patrol car products are retrofitted by low-speed vehicle platforms. There are deficiencies in such products as poor vehicle platform foundation， inefficient driving system， and difficult operation mechanism to meet the Fire-fighting function. In view of the current situation， the product adopts the dual power mode， the chassis adopts the mature car chassis universal components， the vehicle is a special closed cycle fully bearing body， and other system components are optimized and matched stable systems， and the performance index of the vehicle has a great competitive advantage. Through the establishment of a universal vehicle platform， a set of advanced medium- low speed quasi-high pressure new energy drive solutions， including pure electric and dual-power solutions， and improve reliability， reduce costs， thus forming a scale effect. 前言

電动消防巡逻车近年来发展起来的一种非常实用的消防设备，也称作微型消防车。微型消防车属于新能源产品，其驱动方式为直流电机驱动，不需加油就可以行驶。车上配有高压水泵，另配有消防斧、消防锤、消防钳、及干粉灭火器等灭火工具。

电动消防巡逻车的优点是节能环保，行驶成本低，车型小巧灵活、机动性强，可以迅速到达一些狭窄的街道，在大的消防车到达之前对火势进行控制。可以说是灭火在萌芽状态，这一点相比传统燃油消防车优势十分明显。电动消防车行驶时噪音小，零排放符合环保要求。因为电动消防车的车型小，所以更适合日常消防巡逻、宣传，也可以作为洒水车用等。
