【摘  要】目的：探讨卒中中心的建立对脑卒中患者的抢救、治疗及预后的影响效果。方法：本文采用对照研究，随机选取我院卒中中心建立前68例急性脑卒中患者作为对照组，建立后46例患者作为观察组，分别从急诊停留时间、检验结果时间、CT检查时间、DNT时间、治疗效果等环节进行比较分析，以p<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果：观察组患者在各个环节的等待时间明显少于对照组（p<0.05）。结论：卒中中心的建立可显著提高脑卒中患者的救治效果及预后恢复。

The impact of the establishment of a stroke center on stroke treatment and prognosis

【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the effect of the establishment of stroke center on the rescue， treatment and prognosis of stroke patients.Methods：A controlled study was conducted in this study. 68 patients with acute stroke before the establishment of the stroke center in our hospital were randomly selected as the control group. 46 patients were established as the observation group， respectively， from the emergency stay time， test result time， CT examination time， DNT time， The therapeutic effects and other aspects were compared and analyzed， and the difference was statistically significant at p<0.05.Results：The waiting time of the patients in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group （p<0.05）.Conclusion：The establishment of a stroke center can significantly improve the rescue effect and prognosis of stroke patients.

據统计，我国脑卒中患者已达1 300万，每年的经济负担高达400亿元，我国已成为全球卒中危害最严重的国家之一^[1]。高血压、吸烟、肥胖和糖尿病是脑卒中的危险因素，尤以高血压最为突出，这大大加重了中国卒中诊治的负担^[2]。脑卒中患者的救治成功率及预后效果取决于从发病到救治时间窗的长短，因此早发现、早诊断、早治疗就显得尤为重要。

如何缩短并优化脑卒中患者的诊治流程，就成为了一个急需解决的问题。由中国卒中协会、国家卫计委神经内科医疗质量控制中心、中国卒中中心联盟制定的《中国卒中中心建设指南》为脑卒中救治流程的优化提供了极具价值的参考依据^[3]。高级卒中中心的建立，宗旨是通过快速、标准化的诊断方案和流程，为脑卒中患者提供更快、更准确的诊治方案，显著降低患者的致残率和死亡率，改善患者的预后和生活质量，从而减轻患者及其家庭的负担。……
