摘  要：全员育人是大学生思想政治教育的基本原则之一，专业课教师在育人方面具有独特优势，应加强师德教育，转变思想观念，通过建章立制明确专业课教师在大学生思想政治教育工作中的职责，加强素质与能力建设，加强专业课教师与思想政治教育专职队伍的协作，形成大学生思想政治教育齐抓共管的局面，切实提高教育效果。

Abstract： All-member cultivating people is one of the basic principles of the ideological and political education of university students.The professional teachers have unique advantages in educating people. They should strengthen the education of teachers' morality， change their ideological concepts， and clarify the professional teachers in the ideological and political education of college students through the establishment of the system. Responsibilities， strengthen quality and capacity building， strengthen the cooperation between professional teachers and ideological and political education full-time teams， form a situation in which the ideological and political education of college students can be jointly managed， and effectively improve the educational effect.

高校是人才培养的重要阵地，立德树人是高等教育的根本，全面贯彻党的教育方针，坚持社会主义办学方向是高校思想政治工作的重要前提与抓手。当前，经济社会的发展以及国内外形势的变化对高校思想政治工作提出新的要求。专业课教师是高校教职员工的重要组成部分且占据较大比例，教书育人是教师的重要职责，而当前高校专业课教师还存在一定的重教书轻育人现象，尤其是在育人过程中缺乏思想政治教育内容，因此，进一步明确专业课教师的育人职责，充分挖掘并发挥其在大学生思想政治教育工作中的优势及作用，有利于高校立德树人根本目标的实现。

一、专业课教师参与大学生思想政治教育的意义

（一）全面履行教书育人职责的体现

师者，所以传道授业解惑者也。作为一名专业课教师，传授科学文化知识是其本职工作，而引导学生树立正确的世界观、人生观与价值观同样重要，甚至是前提。……
