摘  要：土地整治国家战略和相关行业的发展，需要高层次、复合型专业人才支撑， 2016年教育部增设了土地整治工程本科专业，急需对新专业的人才培养方案开展研究。文章以河南农业大学为例，分析了学校的办学基础和优势，再结合土地整治行业发展需求明确了专业定位，构建了该专业的人才培养目标、课程体系和专业核心课程，本研究可为其他相关高校在增设土地整治工程专业时提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract： The national strategy of land consolidation requires high-level， composite land consolidation engineering professionals to support. In 2016， the Ministry of Education added an undergraduate major in land consolidation engineering. It is of great significance to carry out research on the talent training program of new majors. Taking Henan Agricultural University as an example， this paper analyzes the school's foundation and advantages， and then combines the development needs of the land remediation industry to clarify the professional positioning， and builds the talent training objectives， curriculum system and professional core curriculum of the major. This study can provide reference for other related universities in the establishment of land consolidation engineering major.

中國自上世纪90年代末以来，土地整治工作从起步到全面推广，理念和内涵不断创新，从最初的重视补充耕地数据，发展到数量、质量并重，再到“数量、质量和生态”三位一体的整治[1]。土地整治已上升为国家战略，成为保障国家粮食安全、实施新农村建设、实现城乡统筹发展及新型城镇化、工业化与农业现代化同步协调发展等重大国家战略的重要抓手和基础平台[2]。1998年设立 “土地资源管理”专业[3]之后，土地资源管理学科归属于公共管理一级学科，受学科发展的限制，土地资源管理专业逐渐偏向“管理”，却忽略了“工程与技术”，造成了“重管理轻技术”的局面[4]。现阶段从事土地整治工程专业的人员主要来自农田水利、土地资源管理、测绘、地理信息系统、农业资源、农业工程等专业，不能完全满足土地整治工作对人才专业技能和专业知识，以及综合素质的要求[2]。……
