摘 要 为了研究互联网+时代对实验室文化建设产生的影响，工程训练中心探究如何把互联网+的思维渗透到文化建设的问题。从互联网+背景下文化内涵和人才需求着手，分析目前中心文化建设存在的主要问题，提出以信息化管理文化、特色实践文化、科技热点文化等三个方面探究，阐释了营造开放共享、宽松自由、具有竞争力的文化氛围的具体措施。通过创新创业工作坊大力提升学生的创新思维和实践能力。

Abstract In order to study the impact of Internet + era on the construction of laboratory culture， the engineering training center explores how to infiltrate Internet + thinking into cultural construction. Starting from the cultural connotations and talents demand of the Internet + background， this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the current central culture construction， and puts forward three specific measures to create an open， shared， free and competitive cultural atmosphere based on the information management culture， the featured practice culture， and the hot spot culture of science and technology. 。 Through innovative entrepreneurship workshops， students'innovative thinking and practical ability will be greatly enhanced.

引言

高校工程訓练中心是实施工程教育的实践性教学平台，是具有中国特色的工程实践教育理念和教学模式的创新[1]。工程训练具有通识性基础工程实践教学特征，面向本科各专业学生，给大学生以工程实践的教育、工业制造的了解、工业文化的体验，是培养学生实践能力和创新意识的重要教育环节。工程训练中心已成为工科类高校中教学规模最大、学生受众人数最多的实践教学基地。

文化建设是科学技术快速发展的客观现实要求，也是培育实验教职人员以及帮助学习研究者树立理想、确定正确的价值观以及爱岗敬业和普世价值的现实要求[2]。加强实训中心文化建设对提高教学质量、提升科研实验水平、服务高校人才培养具有重要的战略意义。互联网+时代的到来，对实训中心文化建设来说，既是机遇，更是挑战。开放宽松的互联网文化是新创意的培养皿，但如何把互联网+与实训中心文化有机结合的相关研究经验尚浅，需要不断地探索研究[3]。……
