摘 要：标准菌株是食品微生物实验室保证检测质量、确保检测数据准确可靠的标准参照物。为确保菌株活性、纯度及稳定性，应对标准菌株保存期内进行期间核查。本文从标准菌株期间核查的原因、存在的问题及核查方法等方面进行讨论和总结，以期为食品微生物实验室做好标准菌株期间核查工作提供借鉴，保证食品微生物检验过程的准确有效。

Abstract：Standard strains can be used as a standard reference material in food microbiological laboratory to ensure the detection quality and the accuracy and reliability of inspection data. In order to ensure the activity， purity and stability of the strains， the period verification of the standard strains should be checked during the period of preservation. This paper discusses and summarizes the reasons， the existing problems and the verification methods on period verification of standard strains， in order to provide guidance for well performance of the period verification of the standard strains in food microbiological laboratory， and to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness in the food microbiological inspection process.

近年来，各级市场监管部门持续加大了对食品安全违法行为的打击力度，据统计，每年查处违法案件20多万件，食品安全形势虽稳中向好，但也暴露出食品安全问题仍然易发多变，其中微生物污染是食品安全问题的主要原因之一。因此，对食品进行准确可信的微生物检验必不可少。在食品微生物检验工作中，标准菌株是较为关键的要素，贯穿于检验的各个环节，其在评价检验方法、质控培养基（试剂）、检定仪器设备等方面发挥着非常重要的作用[1]。GB 4789.1-2016《食品安全國家标准 食品微生物学检验 总则》要求实验室应保存能满足实验需要的标准菌株，并确保菌种性能的稳定性和有效性[2]。因此，实验室应有能力保存检测用的标准菌株，且需按照相关要求对保存的标准菌株进行期间核查。本文对标准菌株期间核查的原因、存在的问题及核查方法等进行探讨和总结，以期为食品微生物实验室做好标准菌株期间核查工作提供借鉴，保证食品微生物检验过程的准确有效。……
