摘 要：当前我国汽车行业快速发展，全国高职院校纷纷开设汽车检测与维修相关专业。虽然汽车专业整体发展态势良好，毕业生供不应求，但是在实训平台建设、师资力量组建和教学资源配置等方面存在不足，尤其是在实训室管理方面。从目前来看，我国的汽车实训室管理方式比较简单、粗放、不科学，可能会影响汽车专业的整体发展。如何让汽车实训室管理更精细、科学，集约化成为了一个新的研究课题。文章以杭州万向职业技术学院汽车实训室为例，找出实训室管理方面的不足，提出针对性的优化方案，切实提高其管理水平。

Research on Optimization Plan of Automobile Training Room Management

——Taking Hangzhou Wanxiang Vocational and Technical College as an Example

Abstract： At present， China's auto industry is developing rapidly， and national vocational colleges have opened related majors in vehicle inspection and maintenance. Although the overall development of the automotive industry is in good shape， graduates are in short supply， but there are deficiencies in the construction of training platforms， the formation of teachers， and the allocation of teaching resources， especially in the management of training rooms. From the current point of view， China's automobile training room management method is relatively simple， extensive and unscientific， which may affect the overall development of the automobile profession. How to make the management of the automobile training room more precise， scientific and intensive has become a new research topic. This paper takes the automobile training room of Hangzhou Wanxiang Vocational and Technical College as an example to find out the shortcomings in the management of the training room， proposes targeted optimization plans improves its management level.

1 实训室管理概况

汽车专业实训室现有固定资产1000余万元，占地1500㎡左右，已经建成汽车发动机实训室、底盘实训室、汽车电气实训室、汽车整车实训室、汽车故障诊断实训室、汽车营销实训室、汽车新能源实训室等7个综合性实训室。目前，专业团队和小拇指汽修、博客汽车美容、浙江园林汽车修理有限公司、淘气云修、杭州天众汽车修理有限公司等5家企业签订校企合作协议，有20余家校企合作意向单位。拥有汽车整车14辆（吉利帝豪1辆、别克凯越5辆、帕萨特2辆、卡罗拉3辆、奇瑞1辆，新能源汽车2辆）。汽车发动机、汽车举升机、自动变速器换油机、OTC3840汽车专用示波器、四轮定位仪等先进的汽车检测设备。安全气囊、电动门窗、电动助力转向、中控门锁等先进实训台架数十套，各类通用和專用维修工具数十套。……
