摘 要：随着电子信息技术的高速发展，人工智能设备的发明，把人们从繁重的脑力劳动和体力劳动中解放了出来，自动变速箱技术也得到了广泛应用。作为汽车动力系统的重要组成部分之一，自动变速箱与传统的手动变速箱相比，具有行驶平稳、操控简单、动力性好等优势，并且随着近些年来电控自动变速箱新技术的不断发展，自动变速箱的油耗大大降低。伴隨着中国人民生活水平和经济发展水平的不断提高，搭载自动变速箱的车型正越来越受到更多消费者的青睐。文章就自动变速箱在重卡上的应用及优势做以简单介绍。

Application and advantages of automatic transmission of heavy-card

Abstract： With the rapid development of electronic information technology and the invention of artificial intelligence equipment， people have been liberated from heavy mental and physical labor， and automatic transmission technology has also been widely used. As one of the important parts of automobile power system， automatic gearbox has the advantages of smooth driving， simple control and good power performance compared with traditional manual gearbox， and with the continuous development of new technology of electronic automatic gearbox in recent years， the fuel consumption of automatic gearbox is greatly reduced. With the continuous improvement of Chinese people's living standard and economic development level， the model with automatic transmission is more and more favored by more consumers. This paper briefly introduces the application and advantages of automatic gearbox in heavy truck.

前言

智能手自一体化变速系统（AMT）是一种在传统机械式变速器和干式离合器技术结合的基础上，增加电子技术模糊控制理论，用以实现离合器、选换挡协调动作，从而实现驾驶员在驾驶过程中的自动换挡。

1 重卡自动变速器的构成

在传统机械式变速器基础上更换中壳、前进挡拨块、倒挡拨块、离合器分离拨叉轴总成，并且去掉原有的小盖总成、插分挡气缸、范围挡气缸等零部件，增加变速器制动组件、范围挡锁、电控气动执行元件等部分组件组成。

电控换挡系统一般主要由8个部分组成：信号采集系统、集成电子控制单元TCU的换挡手柄总成、选挡换挡执行控制单元（X-Y机构）、离合器执行控制单元（离合器助力缸-PCA）、刹车执行控制单元、油门执行控制单元、显示仪表以及相关线束和气管路等。……
