【摘  要】目的：分析桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤临床疗效和安全性。方法：选取在我中心接受治疗的子宫肌瘤患者88例作为研究对象，选取时间为2017年12月-2018年11月，随机将患者分为两组，即对照组（44例）、观察组（44例），对照组患者行米非司酮治疗，观察组患者行桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗。结果：观察组患者接受桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗，其雌二醇为（169.45±17.24）pmol/L、孕酮为（5.03±0.49）nmol/L、黄体生成素为（10.17±0.98）IU/L、卵泡刺激素为（11.75±1.16）μg/L、子宫肌瘤体积为（15.48±1.55）cm3，分别与对照组血清女性激素水平、子宫肌瘤体积对比，数据差异显著，P<0.05;观察组患者临床治疗总有效率为95.45%，对比对照组总有效率，组间数据差异显著，P<0.05;观察组患者不良反应率为9.09%，与对照组不良反应率对比，差异无统计学意义，P>0.05。结论：子宫肌瘤患者接受桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗，可以改善患者的激素水平，缩小肌瘤体积，提高治疗效果，且安全性较高。

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of Guizhi Fuling Capsule combined with mifepristone in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods： Eighty-eight patients with uterine fibroids who were treated in our hospital were selected as subjects.The patients were randomly selected from December，2017 to November 18，2017.The patients were randomly divided into two groups，namely the control group（44 cases）and the observation group.（44 cases），the control group was treated with mifepristone， and the observation group was treated with Guizhi Fuling capsule combined with mifepristone.Results： The patients in the observation group received Guizhi Fuling Capsule combined with mifepristone. The estradiol was （169.45±17.24） pmol/L， progesterone was （5.03±0.49） nmol/L， and luteinizing hormone was （10.17± 0.98） IU/L，follicle stimulating hormone was （11.75±1.16） μg/L， and uterine fibroid volume was （15.48±1.55） cm3， which was significantly different from the serum genital hormone level and uterine fibroid volume in the control group. P<0.05; the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 95.45%， compared with the total effective rate of the control group， the difference between the groups was significant， P<0.05; the adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 9.09%， compared with the adverse reaction rate of the control group. The difference was not statistically significant， P>0.05. Conclusion： Patients with uterine fibroids receiving Guizhi Fuling Capsule combined with mifepristone can improve the hormone level of patients， reduce the tumor volume， improve the therapeutic effect， and have higher safety.

子宮肌瘤是女性生殖器最常见的良性肿瘤[1]。子宫肌瘤与女性激素异常导致患者的子宫平滑肌细胞增生有密切关系，患者会出现经量增多、经期延长、下腹部包块、白带增多等多种临床症状，若患者不能接受及时的治疗，患者会出现贫血、不孕等严重病症，对患者的身心健康和生活质量造成了较大的负面影响[2]。子宫肌瘤患者主要接受药物治疗，通过合理的药物治疗，可以有效改善患者的病情，本文主要研究桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤临床疗效和安全性，现报道如下：
