【摘 要】目的：探究加强健康教育及护理管理对支气管哮喘患者的临床价值，以期为之后支气管哮喘的护理研究提供理论参考。方法：选取2017年8月到2018年7月期间在我院接受治疗的支气管患者98例，将其按照护理方式的不同分为综合护理的研究组与常规护理的对照组，每组各49例患者，对患者对护理的满意程度进行记录，用于之后的分析。结果：研究组患者对护理满意程度为96.0%（47/49），明显优于对照组患者对护理的满意程度81.6%（40/49），且两组患者的差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05），可以进行对比性分析。结论：对于支气管哮喘的患者来说，加强对其的健康教育及护理管理可明显增加患者的满意程度，具有值得推广的意义。

【Abstract】Objective To explore the clinical value of strengthening health education and nursing management for patients with bronchial asthma， in order to provide a theoretical reference for the nursing research of bronchial asthma. Methods A total of 98 bronchial patients who underwent treatment in our hospital from August 2017 to July 2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into the comprehensive nursing research group and the routine nursing control group according to the different nursing methods. Each group had 49 patients. The patients satisfaction with the care was recorded for later analysis. Results The satisfaction degree of the patients in the study group was 95.9% （47/49）， which was significantly better than that of the control group 81.6% （40/49）， and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P<0.05）. a comparative analysis can be performed. Conclusion For patients with bronchial asthma， strengthening their health education and nursing management can significantly increase the satisfaction of patients， which has the significance of promotion.

支氣管哮喘是一种慢性呼吸系统疾病，在临床上非常常见，其发病的主要特点是发病的周期长，发病易反复，不易治愈等，而且此类疾病的症状还与其他咽喉疾病及支气管炎等类似，极容易造成误诊，导致患者的病情被耽误，更加不利于后续的治疗，严重的甚至会危及患者的生命安全[1-2]。所以说给于患者一定的健康教育会对患者的病情恢复具有很大的益处，让患者知道自己的病情并自己会配合治疗，加上医院给与的专业的综合护理，会对患者的治疗起到一定的满意效果。本研究即以2017年8月到2018年7月期间在我院接受治疗的98例支气管患者为研究对象，加强对患者的健康教育及护理管理，以达到预期的效果。
