摘 要：现阶段，食品和化妆品安全面临着前所未有的挑战，各个质量安全检测机构应引进更多的科学的技术，解决以往的食品和化妆品问题。本文对我国食品化妆品检验检测机构存在的问题进行总结，并从健全食品化妆品检验检测机构准入机制、提高检验检测技术水平、健全检验体系保障制度、整合检验资源及完善检验检测评价标准5方面，论述了食品检验检测机构问题的解决对策。

Abstract：At this stage， food and cosmetics safety has been challenged unprecedentedly. Various quality and safety inspection agencies should introduce more scientific technology to solve the problems of food and cosmetics in the past. This paper summarizedthe problems existing in the inspection and testing institutions of food and cosmetics in China， and discussedthe inspection and inspection of food and cosmetics from five aspects： perfecting the access mechanism of the inspection and testing institutions， improving the technical level of inspection and testing， perfecting the safeguard system of inspection system， integrating inspection resources and improving the evaluation standards of inspection and testing，solutions to the problem of measuring mechanism.

食品化妆品检验检测主要是对食品和化妆品进行全面检查，并实施全面的安全保障措施。现阶段，我国食品化妆品检验检测机构数量较多，主要涉及的结构部门有市场监督管理总局、卫健委、商务部门等。食品和化妆品检验检测与人们的生活息息相关，影响着社会的整体稳定发展。为此，相关部门需要对食品化妆品检验检测体系进行完善，避免人们的身体健康受影响[1]。

1 食品化妆品检验检测体系的发展现状

在食品和化妆品检测体系明确分工后，相关工作人员应确保检验技术的科学实施。目前，我国范围内的食品化妆品检验检测机构分布范围极广，除了内部部门之外，还会借助于商业和轻工业机构的力量。随着对质量要求的提升，我国食品化妆品加工企业需要对加工技术进行进一步完善，并构建属于自己的实验室，在经济发展较快的区域，要建立相应的贸易技术服务中心，借助于检测站，做好批发和集散产品的进一步检测，让食品化妆品检验检测体系更完善。……
