摘 要：食品供应链有两个，一个是零售商，它面向的市场比较稳定;另一个是上游生产同质食品的量格竞争性供应商，零售商根据供应商自主提供的质量可视性预测食品质量水平从而制定采购方案。不同的生产环境下，要有针对性的建设动态博弈模型，还要根据实际案例的不同，讨论不同质量的可视性组合和质量之间的关联性对供应链的均衡影响。最终结果表明，供应链质量可视性的提高对零售商的影响是不好的，而供应链质量，对劣势供应商的影响是不相同的，它主要取决于供应商质量可视性组合影响下的期望订货量和质量成本。在分析完相对质量水平、批发价格和订单分配的影响后，就可以有一个明确的管理启示和未来研究的方向。

Abstract：There are two food supply chains， one is the retailer， which is relatively stable for the market; the other is the competitive competitive supplier of the upstream production of homogeneous food， The retailer predicts the quality of the food based on the quality visibility provided by the supplier to develop a procurement plan. Visibility predicts food quality levels. In different production environments， it is necessary to construct a dynamic game model in a targeted manner， and to discuss the equilibrium effects of the correlation between different quality visibility combinations and quality based on actual cases. The final result shows that the improvement of supply chain quality visibility is not good for retailers， and the quality of supply chain is not the same for the disadvantaged suppliers. It mainly depends on the supplier quality visibility combination. The expected order quantity and quality and quality into the cost. After analyzing the impact of relative quality levels， wholesale prices and order allocation， there is a clear management implications and direction for future research.
