摘要：新生代农民工的职业发展问题已成为研究热点问题。围绕新生代农民工职业发展、解决当前存在问题的路径以及为新生代农民工的职业发展提供保障等方面的研究已经取得了较多成果，但从“天花板”效应的角度对该问题的研究、新生代农民工职业发展问题的扩展研究、新生代农民工职业发展问题的动态研究和路径选择问题的探索，目前仍是该领域的短板。本文旨在分析新生代农民工职业发展“天花板”效应成因的基础上，提出相应的对策，希望能为今后新生代农民工的职业发展提供一些建议。

Abstract： The career development of the new generation of migrant workers has become a hot issue. Researches on the career development of the new generation of migrant workers， the path to solve the existing problems， and the protection of the career development of the new generation of migrant workers have yielded more results， but the study of the problem from the perspective of the "ceiling" effect， the expansion of the career development of the new generation of migrant workers， the dynamic research of the career development of the new generation of migrant workers and the exploration of the path selection problem are still shortcomings in this field. Based on the analysis of the causes of the "ceiling" effect of the career development of the new generation of migrant workers， this paper proposes corresponding countermeasures， hoping to provide some suggestions for the career development of the new generation of migrant workers.

0  引言

作为改革开放中成长起来的新群体，新生代农民工的就业情况不容乐观。这一群体中的很大一部分人是在城里读书的农村人。因而对出生地的依赖程度较低，缺乏感情，农业生产经营观念匮乏，却比较羡慕城市生活。新生代农民工的受教育程度较高、职业生涯规划意识较强、工资期望值更高、自我保护意识更强，但其工作承受能力较低。

国内外学者对新生代农民工职业发展的影响因素进行了多方面的深入探讨，国外研究主要概括了以下四方面的部分研究成果：一是“天花板”效应的研究现状，二是劳动力享有福利保障情况的研究现状，三是关于新生代农民工职业发展状况的研究;国内研究主要体现在以下三个方面：一是新生代农民工职业发展困境的研究现状，二是新生代农民工就业质量的研究现状，三是新生代农民工就业竞争力的研究现状。……
