摘要：由于高校教育中各类业务环节中的信息化水平还较低，尤其在研究管理（学生资助）等方面的信息化的发展已经迫在眉睫。本文的目的是确定研究资助管理系统所需的功能，本文的研究和设计侧重于设计管理信息系统研究资助模型。系统使用软件开发生命周期（Software Development Life Cycle，SDLC）和统一建模语言来设计模型。该模型的执行结果是研究补助金的模型，旨在支持业务活动，包括提交、评估、监测、最终报告，并向学校管理层报告。

Abstract： Due to the low level of informatization in various business links in college education， the development of informatization in research management （student funding） is extremely urgent. The purpose of this paper is to determine the functions required to study the funding management system. The research and design of this paper focuses on the design management information system research funding model. The system uses the Software Development Life Cycle （SDLC） and the Unified Modeling Language to design the model. The implementation of the model is a model of research grants designed to support business activities， including submission， assessment， monitoring， final reporting， and reporting to school management.

1  概述

高职院校学生资助是科研及学生日常管理过程中的一项重要工作，通常在学生处会设置专门的资助管理员岗位，该岗位的主要职责是为环境中的所有研究人员提供研究的技术服务和行政管理，在履行职责时，补助金研究管理人执行以下职能：①制定计划和预算，以及财务管理;②接受提案登记;③准备审查员使用的材料，评估提案;④监督和评估计划实施;⑤准备信息并报告每项活动;⑥收集、处理和提供数据及信息;⑦评估和修订拨款策略[1-3]。

评审人的职责是单独或在小组讨论中研究和评估提案。随后对提案进行了排名，并根据可用预算接受了价值最高的唯一提案。

受赠人是获得资助的人，主要负责领导项目研究的整体管理。其职责如下：①负责研究项目的管理，遵守技术，财务和行政补助规则;②创建包括技术和行政报告在内的文件;③创造预算和执行计划。……
