Abstract Traditional culture is the soul of a nation. A country， a nation， will not flourish without a soul. As a big cultural country， China has achieved the traditional cultural system through thousands of years of cultural washing. How to carry forward traditional culture and effectively disseminate traditional culture has become a long-standing problem in the minds of Chinese children. As an important position to carry forward culture and propaganda ideas， how to properly carry forward traditional culture and clarify the value of traditional culture has become an important issue. This paper mainly analyses the main value of traditional culture in the ideological and political education of College students， in order to help improve the quality of college students and the concept of cultural identity， and effectively carry forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture.

優秀的传统文化是我们的民族之魂。作为传播和弘扬中华优秀传统文化的主要阵地——高校，重任在肩，责无旁贷，如果想要更好地进行中国传统文化教育，就需要明确传统文化的价值所在。

1 什么是中国优秀传统文化的价值意义

首先，传统文化讲求修身之道。正如《大学》中阐明的：格物、致知、诚意、正心、修身、齐家、治国、平天下。也就是说，想要治理天下的人，需要先治理好自己的国家;而想要治理好自己的国家，就需要管理好自己的家庭;想要管理好自己的家庭，就需要修养好自己的品性;想要修养品性就需要端正思想;想要端正思想就需要保证意念真诚;想要意念真诚，这就需要自己获得足够的知识;而知识的来源是认识研究万物。如此，所谓修身，就需要在日常生活中，对万事万物多一份留意，多一份探索之心，在此基础上，才能真正获得知识，提高自身素养。而同样的，在大学的思政教学过程中，就需要加强对学生自我修养的思想树立，提高其思想觉悟，以期培养学生的修身意识，真正实现修身的价值和意义。

其次，传统文化强调国家意识。传统文化将国家放在一个很重要的位置。天下的根本在于国家，人民的生活是依附于国家、依附于民族的。可以说，我国传统文化中，治国是一个大的方面。国家的利益是在个人利益之上的。舍小家为大家的思想，是传统文化中的一个重要思想。……
