【摘要】 目的：探讨术后疼痛护理、音乐干预联合应用于直肠癌根治术患者的效果。方法：选取2016年7月-2018年5月本院收治的78例直肠癌患者，均行直肠癌根治术。按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组，各39例。对照组实施临床传统护理方案，研究组在此基础上实施术后疼痛护理结合音乐干预，对比两组术后不同阶段疼痛情况、护理满意度及护理前后焦虑（SAS）、抑郁（SDS）、生活质量（QOL）、卡氏功能状态（KPS）评分。结果：研究组术后6、12、24 h的VAS评分均明显低于对照组（P<0.05）;护理后，研究组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组（P<0.05），研究组QOL、KPS评分均明显高于对照组（P<0.05）;研究组护理满意度为97.44%，高于对照组的84.62%（P<0.05）。结论：对行直肠癌根治术的患者而言，术后疼痛护理结合音乐干预的实施具有重要临床意义，可有效减轻术后疼痛，消除患者负性情绪，改善生活质量，提高护理满意度及护理质量，值得临床应用推广。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effect of postoperative pain nursing and music intervention in patients undergoing radical resection of rectal cancer.Method：A total of 78 patients with rectal cancer admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to May 2018 were treated with radical resection of rectal cancer.According to the random number table method，they were divided into study group and control group，39 cases in each group.The control group carried out the traditional clinical nursing program，and study group carried out postoperative pain nursing combined with music intervention on this basis.The pain situation，nursing satisfaction，anxiety（SAS），depression（SDS），quality of life（QOL）and Karnofsky scores before and after nursing between two groups were compared.Result：The VAS scores of study group at 6，12 and 24 hours after operation were significantly lower than those of control group（P<0.05）.After nursing，the scores of SAS and SDS in study group were lower than those of control group（P<0.05），and the scores of QOL and KPS in study group were significantly higher than those of control group（P<0.05）.The nursing satisfaction of study group was 97.44%，higher than 84.62% of control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：For patients undergoing radical resection of rectal cancer，postoperative pain nursing combined with music intervention has important clinical significance，it can effectively alleviate postoperative pain，eliminate negative emotions of patients，improve the quality of life，improve nursing satisfaction and quality of care，it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.

近年來临床上直肠癌发病率不断上升，严重危害人们的身心健康及生活质量[1-3]。直肠癌属于消化道常见恶性肿瘤之一，主要是指由齿状线至乙状结肠交界处之间的癌，由于直肠癌位置较低，一般临床上可经直肠指诊、乙状结肠镜确诊。当前根治性手术是直肠癌患者主要治疗方式，患者术后普遍伴有程度不同疼痛感，给其造成极大的困扰，导致患者生理、心理均产生一系列应激改变，直接影响术后康复[4]。本研究探讨术后疼痛护理、音乐干预联合应用于直肠癌根治术患者的临床效果，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料 选取2016年7月-2018年5月本院收治的78例直肠癌患者，均行直肠癌根治术。纳入标准：其临床表现符合结直肠癌的诊断标准[5];具有直肠癌根治术适应证;未发生癌细胞转移，且体力状况较好。排除标准：合并有精神障碍或智力障碍;对治疗和护理的依从性较差。……
