【摘要】目的：对护患沟通在老干部心理护理中的应用效果进行分析。方法：研究将2015年1月至2019年4月在我院保健门诊进行疗养的老干部61例随机分组，分为研究组（n=30例）和比对组（n=31例），比对组实施常规的护理干预，研究组加强对其实施心理护理和沟通。对其比对研究。结果：护理前研究组和比对组的心理状态评分差异较小，实施护理干预后，研究组优势显著，P<0.05。结论：在离休老干部疗养期间，实施有效的心理护理干预和沟通交流可有效改善其心理状态，护理效果显著，值得进行推广和应用。

[Abstract]Objective： to analyze the application effect of nurse-patient communication in the psychological nursing of old cadres. Methods： from January 2015 to April 2019， 61 cases of old cadres who were recuperating in the health care outpatient department of our hospital were randomly divided into research group （n=30 cases） and comparison group （n=31 cases）. A comparative study. Results： there was little difference in mental state score between the pre-nursing study group and the comparison group. After nursing intervention， the study group had a significant advantage （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： in the period of recuperation for retired veteran cadres， effective psychological nursing intervention and communication can effectively improve their psychological state， nursing effect is significant， worthy of promotion and application.

医院保健部门的离休老干部属于相对较为特殊的老年人群，因其文化素养和心理需求以及生活经历等与其他老年人群相比较来说差异较大，因此在离休之后会因为各方面的因素而影响到心理状态，因此，在对其进行相关的保健护理时需要通过有效的沟通交流来对其实施心理干预，进而改善老干部的心理状态[1]。对此，本院将2015年1月至2019年4月在我院保健门诊进行疗养的老干部，分别实施不同的护理干预，并对其护理后的心理状态进行观察研究，现将主要内容总结报告如下。

1 资料和方法

1.1 一般资料

此次将2015年1月至2019年4月在我院保健门诊进行疗养的61例老干部作为研究对象，根据其基本资料采取随机分组的方式分为研究组和比对组。研究组（n=30例），本组的老干部年龄范围为62～87岁，平均年龄（71.25±3.11）岁;其中有男性21例，女性9例。比对组（n=31例）本组老干部年龄范围在61～88岁，平均年龄（72.64±3.02）岁;其中男性有20例，女性有11例。本研究已经过了伦理委员会的准许。……
