【摘 要】煤矿安全事故会给人们的财产以及生命带来比较大的影响，人们对煤矿的安全生产也更加关注。因此，要不断加强煤矿机电技术管理力度，使煤矿企业更加安全地生产。要想更好地发挥煤矿机电技术管理的作用，就需要做好现场管理工作，提升煤矿机电管理人员综合素质等，对此，论文展开了深入分析。

【Abstract】Coal mine safety accidents will have a greater impact on people's property and life， and the people are paying more attention to the safety of coal mine production. Therefore， it is necessary to continuously strengthen the management of mechanical and electrical technology in coal mines， so as to make the production of coal mine enterprises more safe. In order to better play the role of coal mine mechanical and electrical technology management， it is necessary to do a good job in site management， improve the comprehensive quality of coal mine mechanical and electrical management personnel，and so on. This paper makes an in-depth analysis of this.

1 引言

近年来，我国经济得到了迅速发展，经济发展的同时对能源需求也越来越大。其中，煤炭是我国经济发展的关键所在。随着实际采掘量的大量增加，煤矿企业对综采机电设备的作用更加关注。在这种背景下，需要不斷提升安全生产管理技术，因此，对煤矿机电技术管理进行研究有着重要的实践意义[1]。本文在对煤矿机电技术管理过程中存在问题进行总结的基础上，从增加高新技术的投入强度，构建完善的安全机制，有效地进行监控手段选择，全面提升安全制度以及专业技能建设水平等方面分析了煤矿机电技术管理在生产过程当中的应用策略。

2 煤矿机电技术管理在煤矿安全生产过程中的作用

在当前新时期下，煤矿设备不断更新，其内部的结构也越来越复杂，自动化程度越来越高，煤矿设备控制设备系统逐渐向着现代化的方向发展。目前，我国多数综采煤矿设备的核心都是微计算机控制系统。所以，要想更好地确保煤矿生产的安全性，就需要对机电设备进行熟练掌握。……
