【摘 要】在新时期的发展中，企业的发展十分迅速，思想政治和企业文化建设工作的主要内容有企业属性、企业主体的历史发展，两者在企业中具有独立存在、各自发展的特点。在企业开展思想政治和文化建设工作的过程中，工作人员应该确保指导思想、作用、目标和方式方法的一致性，将两者结合起来。基于此，论文阐述了企业文化的相关内容，分析了企业文化与思想政治工作结合的重要性及其相应的制度整合途径。

【Abstract】In the development of the new era， the development of enterprises is very rapid. The main contents of ideological and political and enterprises culture construction are the enterprise attributes， the historical development of main body of enterprises. Both of them have the characteristics of independent existence and development respective. In the process of carrying out ideological and political and cultural construction work， the staff should ensure the consistency of guiding ideology， function， objectives and methods， and combine the two. Based on this， the article expounds the relevant content of enterprises culture， analyzes the importance of the combination of enterprises culture and ideological and political work and its integration approach of corresponding institutional.

1 引言

在新形势下的企业发展中，企业文化是指企业全体工作人员共享的价值观念和行为准则，这是企业得以生存和发展的核心内容，而思想政治工作是应用教育、指导等方式，运用准确的思想内容和方式方法，激发工作人员的积极性，有助于实现企业发展的预期目标，为提高工作人员的整体效率提供了精神支持。因此，在新形势的发展中，企业应该分析两者之间的联系，寻求两者共同发展和有效融合的途径，这样企业才能够在新形势的发展中得以生存。

2 企业文化的相关内容

企业文化是在组织内部构成的全体成员认可且严格遵循的价值观念和基本原则，在很大程度上反映了企业内部的经营战略、管理理念、治理结构和相关制度等内容，其凝聚力和号召力很强，为企业的生存、竞争和发展提供了基础保障。
