【摘 要】 油气在生产及储运的过程中有着高温高压的特性，加之运输油气的介质具有易燃易爆的特性，更严重的可能还具有有毒性。因此，油气储运的安全也越来越受到人们的重视及关注。论文就油气储运的安全问题展开了讨论，希望可以为我国油气储运安全提出有价值的参考意见。

【Abstract】Oil and gas have the characteristics of high temperature and high pressure in the process of production， storage and transportation， and the medium for transportation of oil and gas has the characteristics of flammability and explosion， more serious， it may also be toxic. Therefore， people pay more and more attention to the safety of oil and gas storage and transportation. The paper discusses the safety of oil and gas storage and transportation， hoping to provide some valuable reference for the safety of oil and gas storage and transportation in China.

1 引言

随着我国社会经济的发展，人们对于汽油、天然气等的需求量也越来越大。因此，油气的生产安全问题已经影响着我国居民生活及各行各业的稳定发展。虽然我国目前对于油气储运安全问题已经建立了科学标准的规章管理制度。但是，据相关数据显示，每年的油气储运事故依然不在少数。基于此，排除及预防油气储运安全隐患，强化我国油气储运过程的监管，有利于保证我国油气行业稳定发展，以及国民生活和各行各业长期稳定发展。

2 我国目前油气储运事故隐患的辨识探究

目前我国的油气储运工作中，主要包含油气装置、长途运输及转运卸载等几个方面。并且随着人们对于油气越来越多的关注，也促使其建立了一套事故隐患的分类。第一，最主要的安全隐患问题，此类问题主要指的是油气在生产过程中可能因一些不适当的操作及疏忽，造成有毒气体或者危险性能源的意外释放，或者在气运输的途中由于设备等不完善的原因，造成重大事故出现。……
